What Is Coaching
Coaching is a relationship, an alliance between the client and the coach. The purpose of the alliance is to help you discover who you are by clarifying the values which are important to you. I am your guide in this process of discovery. You will identify your dreams, and your goals in life. I will help you to achieve your dreams, what you really want, by developing workable and successful life strategies.
I am someone who will listen to you, encourage you, and support you. I will also hold you accountable and help you to focus on your goals. In the coaching process you will be challenged to be the best you can be, the person you were meant to be.
The power of coaching is in the alliance of two people, two people committed to a dream, the dream of the client. Coaching brings out the best in you and more. You will emerge as a butterfly does from a cocoon. You will live the life you are meant to live and live it with joy.
What Coaching Is Not
Coaching is not Psychotherapy. Therapy is appropriate for different issues, some of which are:
